Adding the bosu ball to your ab workouts is really going to challenge your stability and balance. Therefore you will be working on your core as well as just your abs and obliques! The movements are a lot harder but practicing will only mean improving 🙌🏻
This was a circuit and I took about 30 seconds rest in between exercises. I performed 4 sets and took 2-3 minutes rest in between sets. .
You will be working your hip flexors a lot with this workout so prepare to feel like you’ve lost the ability to move your legs after each set 😂💪🏻🔥
