@kelseywells is this video sped up for time or do you really do your reps that quickly? Is it to keep intensity/cardiac rate up or another reason? Is it less effective to do reps slower?

@kelseywells so random question, you work out everyday but do you wash your hair every day? Because I sweat a lot when I work out but don’t like to wash my hair every day. What do you suggest? Just dry shampoo or do you have some kind of hair care routine to preserve it? TIA!
