Over the last couple of months Iʼve been training hard! Much more flexible with my food (tracking some weeks, estimating the others)
Iʼve been sooo busy with work, not enough sleep and overall stress was high!
My partner and I are in Bali for our anniversary and although I still work, Iʼve been getting 10-12 hours a night sleep and am feeling so zenned.
We really underestimate just HOW much of an impact sleep and stress can play on our lives!
My days have consisted of
Waking up to no alarm (Nele )
Working for a few hours
Shred Tighten and Tone Workout (upping my
intensity as I know Iʼm indulging a little more) Breaking my Fast on a big breakfast (3 pieces of Rye, PB, Honey, Egg White Veg Omelette and Fruit)
Pool Time and Lunch (Rice Paper Rolls, Green Juice, Edamame Beans and Sweet Potato)
Work again and Protein Shake
Massage and Dinner (allowing myself flexibility at dinner)
3L water -
Clayton and I work really closely together and itʼs easy for 99% of our relationship to be work... especially when you love what you do. However itʼs important for us to spend quality time together so itʼs been nice to feel relaxed a little again!
