  • Such a great choice, lovelies!! You chose Full Body 🔥 Workout on my story today!!! So here it is!!!! L⠀ ⠀ This can be a quick yet super effective workout focusing on lower body, core, shoulders, chest and biceps - hence full body fireee 🔥🙈 yeaaayahhh! ⠀ ⠀ I focused on 5-10lb plates as I wanted to get more repetitions in rather than high weight. ⠀ ⠀ I use full body workouts rather than cardio to burn extra calories while also makes me feel so much tighter AND I get in a legit workout in 30-45 minutes (especially when you can only get to the gym a few days a week - healthcare workers, mommies, travelers, etc) Ain’t nobody got time for 2+ hours at the gym. 🤪 ⠀ ⠀ Aim for 6-12 reps of each exercise and aim for 3-5 sets. ⠀ cc: @leanmachine21
