  • Some people ask me... how do you continue to make progress? I'm gonna give you my recipe and there is two specific things I know have helped me to continue growth - not only in the gym but in life.. The first thing is, you have to get uncomfortable to grow... you have to get out of the comfort zone to make any progress in life.. in the gym you have to embrace the pain, because it the pain of success... In business you have to get uncomfortable by taking charges... find the love of your life you have to get uncomfortable by showing your feelings and by giving another person the opportunity to hurt you. The second important thing is being a good person.. maybe you think wtf do he mean with that, that doesn't make me grow.... Ved godt du sikkert ikke svarer på det her og det er på ingen måde negativt for ved det kræver mere arbejde end jeg nogensinde kan forestille mig, men spørger nu alligevel. Hvor mange år har du været på test osv? Igen det er på ingen måde negativt. Jeg ved at din størrelse nærmest er umulig at få og alligevel har du gjort det. Jeg spørger kun for at kunne danne et billede af hvordan min egen udvikling kunne gå. Er pjattet med dig og du er en vanvittig motivations faktor for mig og så er du et skide fedt menneske!
