  • AB CIRCUIT 🥊Swipe and Try✖️Just when I though I ran out of ab workout ideas, I was introduced to this first exercise—deets below! This one was FIRE 🔥 When it comes to core training I am a huge fan of getting creative with my Ab workouts and trying out different things to CHALLENGE myself! I currently train Abs 2x a week and I perform 4-5 exercises to hit my entire Core!!!! — Double tap to show some love 💗 and tag a friend to Sculpt a six pack!! — 1. Perform 10 full sit ups, then immediately perform 2 rounds of 4 reps for each side of this Russian twist variantion. 2. Side Plank with Oblique Twist 3x12-15 e 3. Up down planks 3x30secconds 4. Weighted toe Taps 3x15 5. Plate loaded Decline Sit Ups 3x12-15
